Sell-side corporate transactions
We deliver deal making and end to end process management to close the sale of corporations. Our expertise is built on our experience as risk takers in prior investing and private equity roles. We have lived and learnt through successful and loss-making deals as money managers and use this nous to negotiate and transact at the highest standards of delivery in the mid-market. Our prior experience of M&A also renders at our disposal a large network of European p.e. investors and corporates.
